"Multiple Concurrent Users" refers to the capability of your company`s internal staff to simultaneously log into and utilize the secretary system using multiple distinct accounts. If several colleagues in your company need to use this secretary system, you can create individual accounts for them. The master account can then assign usage permissions to each account. This approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also ensures accountability by tracking which actions in the system are performed by which colleague (clear responsibility attribution).
"Client Companies" refers to your customer companies. One client company generally means one company profile in the system's company directory. Deleted company profiles are not counted.
The limit is calculated by the number of client companies that require periodic reporting. It refers to company profiles, not entity names or individual names. Deleted company profiles are not counted.
We will submit client company data according to the "Specification for Submission of Data through Software" provided by the Hong Kong Companies Registry (for details, please refer to https://www.cr.gov.hk/tc/electronic/tpsi/specification.htm). As long as the Hong Kong Companies Registry has opened the corresponding API for us, we will try our best to submit the data of the corresponding form. All functions may be subject to change according to the regulations of the Companies Registry.
